I gladly accept returns and cancellations

You may cancel your order at anytime for a full refund provided that it has not shipped from our workshop.

If you wish to return your item or exchange it, please contact us at davidandraushana@gmail.com or by phone at 306-891-9728 and we will work out a solution. Shipping is quite expensive so please let us know if there is any issue with your order.

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery by USPS or Canada post only.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns or exchanges. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
